The only thing we like looking at more than cool Chevys are badass engine bays. Yea, some are nicer than others while a few are downright tragic, but hey, variety is the spice of life and we dig seeing what other people come with under the hood (or bonnet if you come from across the pond). The weather here at the Classic Industries F-Body Nationals is great so we decided to walk the show car area and snap some shots of the engines on display.
Engine bays are a great place to give your ride some individuality. After all, the exterior of many cars are pretty similar except for paint hue, but under the hood people can get pretty creative with the mechanical décor. Even restored cars can get in on the fun and see who can have the most factory-correct details, hose clamps, and paint marks.
