It’s for KT’s Kids; this year’s giveaway prize, a Mooneyes lakester roadster stroller, will be on display at the KT’s Kids booth at select NSRA and Goodguys events. KT’s Kids, a non-profit in Phoenix, was established by the late Kathy Tegarden and provides college scholarships to lower income students. Last year, a 1940 Willys-style stroller built by Charles Spencer from Charly’s Garage in Mesa was raffled off to support the cause. Charly’s Garage, Alumicraft, Affordable Street Rods, Imagine Injection, NSRA, Goodguys, Gotta Show Products, California Car Company, STREET RODDER, and others sponsored the build. Raffle tickets for the Willys were sold at car shows throughout 2016.
